Hi, I’m Mandy Cordia, a retail strategist, consultant, founder, and no-BS creative who helps mission-driven rebels, visionaries, and changemakers bring their boldest ideas to life and build something that actually matters.
I bring 20+ years of experience in retail buying, product development, and e-commerce strategy, working for major players like Zappos.com, Dillard's, and HSN. After years inside the fashion industry, I realized I didn’t just want to sell things; I wanted to make them matter. That vision led me to create The Kindness Cause, an e-commerce platform that makes it easy to shop with purpose and support nonprofit organizations doing powerful, often underrecognized work.
Throughout it all, I navigated self-reinvention, motherhood, burnout, spiritual awakening, and a firestorm of intuition I used to hide. Now I help purpose-led founders, nonprofits, and rebellious changemakers bring their vision to life in a way that actually feels right. Not just on paper, but deep in their bones.
